I modified bar rail grinder from Baileys to accept a standard 5" diameter wheel and our Radiac contact sent me a couple of wheels to try out. I have been using this white wheel for maybe two years and it is still in good condition. The original brown sandstone wheels that come with the unit might only last for 3 or 4 bars depending on the condition when you start.

At this weekend’s Paul Bunyan Festival I purchased a Pferd bar dresser. Heavy duty with a simple but effective wedge lock for the file. No threads anywhere to strip out. Price is a bit steep at $30 but save a couple bars and it pays for itself.

One can also cut off cheap homeowner bars to fit small Creamsicles.
