I thought someone would mentions some kind of "green" oil.

About 15 years ago, I worked with a crew dong some experimental thinnings with Swedish whole-tree logging machines (Snoken). These are the 6 wheel articulated machines that grab up to a 16 in. diameter tree, cut it with a hydraulic chain saw, and push the tree through a set of circular knives to de-limb. The guy gets to sit in an ac cab, and keep a tally of his log size and volume on a computer. Sweet.

Anyway, they said that they used a veggie-oil based bar oil to reduce pollution. I guess these babies go through a lot of bar oil.

Thanks anyway but...

I think I'll keep the hydro oil out of the fuel tank, JD. My Kubota cost more than my car and, on a hobby farm, it's not like it pays for itself.

Maybe you should go out and have some good, clean, fun, like enter a sack race.

How do you past a picture here? I tried, wouldn't work
