had a wonderful time!!!!!!

I will try to post a video of Brian and Art running their beautifully built Mercury KB saw. It is a fine, fine saw
bill, thank you so much for posting the video,we just made it back into town, and are already making plans for next year, first on the agenda is getting matilda into proper running order.we knew it wasnt running properly yet.matilda came about from a bunch of new kb-7 parts that brian had brought back from new york, and we had to do something with them,so brian proposed making a hot rod two man saw, sort of like the hotsaw class, and see if it generated any interest.so far,we have heard tell of a possible titan bluestreak, and an iel super twin.we even discussed some basic guidelines, which include: it must be a two man saw produced before 1955,carryovers allowed.it must have the original or proper replacement from the manufacturer, functioning crankcase, and transmission (if it came with one) no one man saw conversions.no tuned exhaust pipes of any kind.both brian and i know that there are some superb saw builders out there, and we feel the class would be a lot of fun,and are hoping it gains enough popularity to create a hot rod two man class in the future....art b

Art, glad you made the trip home safe. Matilda sure is a nice looking and sounding saw. It will surely be a beast when you get the bugs worked out.

Yeah we got plans of being in the flea market again this yrs too. For old saws we will have along are going to be a McCulloch 640 and a homelite 8-29.

Mark, is that the 101 that lost the wrist pin last year?
Everything will be the same as last year, the show is on as usual.

Got to thinking I should try to get on of my 6's running and come to the show. My dad goes every year. If I get the one running I will have two extra saws to sell.

Does your 6 have an oiler?
It does not. There a hole in the helper handle to squirt oil. You might be able to see them in this pic.
