Ok Bill, copied and pasted from my account page. I don't know much about your calculator, but here is the real world cost of me with a pickup truck pulling a small single axle trailer . For this cost, it would probably cover the fuel if I did take the long way through Michigan.

I had no idea what it was but apparently, he's holding a West Bend 820!! That he totally scored for cheap!!
It might be early to start a Baraboo 2018 thread but this might be his entry into the hot saw class!!!

This was the kind of auction that could lead to a divorce ;) I did my best to behave! There was some seriously cool stuff, man I wish I was rich. Got a nice Super 250, Stihl 050 with a 32" roller bar, Mac 2 man 5-49, some others. I even went so far as to grab a Poulan 3450 ;)

It is good to know that Europe still has some dreamers...

...but even better to know that you are still with us Roland...

...unless you meant you have some better looking vintage saws, in which case you are absolutely correct.

Mark

still lurking from time to time, but too busy for work still. Heading off to China tomorrow for another two weeks business, grrrrrrr.

But it's great to see a bunch of old farts like us still can enjoy a great hobby and have some old style fun. Wish I'd been there.

Great show again this year, A big thanks again to all who helped with the chainsaw demonstration cutting area and racing timers and photo takers etc.; as always I am behind the 8 ball being logged into arboristsite way late since the show. Thanks Kris and Mark took and posted many awesome pics and videos of competitors running the chainsaws in the competiiton of everyone including myself with my 101B Kart Hotsaw and whitehead 820 west bend etc. and more. THANKS!!!!!:chainsaw: I did arrive very late on friday but I was around the rest of the weekend so feeling a bit left out of the display pics here are some pics I took on late sunday afternoon before we packed all the saws up to head for the short trip home. My mainly husqvarna vintage chainsaw collection display but I have a host of other chainsaws in my collection, but only brought 18 chainsaws this year, others that came along this year Whitehead 120 logger with 820 west bend, Jobu Junior Super, Mcc 101B hotsaw, Mcc 940 2 man, Poulan 52 2 man, homelite sxl big red, homelite super ez, I am feeling a bit left out on the collection pics, I did arrive very late on friday but I was around the rest of the weekend. My solo twin did get mentioned from Mark H. Thanks Roger Bennett, local attendee from Cazenovia WI for past 15 years or so.
