Evan,
Great pics Brother!
The nature photos are super...dang, I'd blow them up and hang 'em on my wall...
The cutting pics are cool too...looks so familiar, that's exactly what we do too for our firewood business. My 066 is my favorite too...
I skip the Rockstar tho...makes me too jittery...that's bad when cutting. We take LOTS of water and keep hydrated.
After all the splitting and loading is done, I might find a nice Jack & Coke to settle down with...

Cheers, Brother

yeah i shouldnt drink so much caffien but im kinda adicted. i now have a power supply so i can run my coffee maker on the mtn.

sometimes haul two load like this off the mtn in a weekend

we used to tow the camper and haul wood on the truck, but we now have a lot permetly leave the camper so itl stay on the mtn and firewood trailer will shuttle wood off the mtn

cant keep the kids away from the dang saws were were at firewood camp.

That's cool Evan yer whole family pitches in and helps with the firewood business...that works for me too...but our kids are 19 and 24 yrs old, and work really hard. Typically I'm on the 066 or 880 cutting bigger wood, Mrs. Bounty Hunter with her cherished 440 ported big bore cutting everything else, and quartering really big rounds. The kids haul the rounds to the splitter, and later stack the splits in the trailer.
The only thing we do different is haul the log splitter with us to the mountain...and split everything before its stacked in the big wood trailer...so we only have to move it again to unload and deliver it. This also allows the bark and scrap to be spread and stay in the forest, not at our ranch.
It's great family time, despite the hard work. Everyone feels like they did something good and important for the family, and for each other. It makes us close and builds strength and trust in the family.

Good Luck with everything you all do, and be safe out there.

thanks

i think theres a 5000 post curse. that and getting banned doesnt help much. just not the same as it used to be
