Ya,got rid of white plastic stuff.

You could, or by removing the carb, pulling the black plastic cover from over the jets, and the clipping the tabs only off the plastic jet knobs, then put it all back together.

This way when you put a screwdriver in to adjust the jet it is easy to find the slot. If the jet cover and plastic caps are removed it will be a pita.

I would reccomend keeping the cover over the jets and the caps, just trim them.
