I recently started bucking up wood for a gentleman and was wondering how much I should charge per cord? I cut into 16" lengths must be pretty exact, this is a weekend warrior job no insurance to pay for just saw, gas and misc parts.

Also, its only 10 mile drive to location

Thank you for you input

If you have to stack it for measure the cost would go up, but if you just cut it and let it lay where it drops I would go for about a third of the cost of a cord of green wood in your area. All you are doing is cutting rounds from logs? Limbing, dragging brush, splitting all would cost more.

wood is piled up in loggers cords 100" sticks, measure it cut it and toss it into a pile behind me. Average sized logs I told him 15 a cord might have to jack up my price haha. first "logging related" jog.
