I prefer london broil and here is the recipe my brother and I have modified.

You can freeze portions in gallon freezer bags to grill/cook for later.

I usually make 7 - 9 pounds at a time.

Don't overcook unless you like well done steak.

Should only take ~5 - 6 minutes.

Traditionally, it's eaten wrapped in a leaf of romaine lettuce like a taco or burrito.

I usually make it for friends so I make one spicy and the other "plain".
