I think E in fuel is hugely over-hyped issue. The rubbers used in fuel systems made in the last several years have been engineered to resist the effects of ethanol. I'm sure Stihl is glad to increase the warranty if you buy their fuel at $8/qt. It's just a simple cost/cost analysis.
