i think they are standard size bores (not metric) but could be wrong but these should get you close, 45mm-3400,47mm-3700, 49mm-4000. i think there were some with thin rings?
 
Take the muffler off and get us a good picture of the piston and exhaust port with the rings showing. Forgot to add, you can take a popsicle stick, stick it into the exhaust port and bring piston up and get a mark on the wood, then measure impression to figure out the bore diameter.

There is a 4200 and a 4400 also but it is one in that series of pro saws they made. Got a 4000 Bow ( 3.9 cu. in. (65cc) and it's still running after 30 years. Cut a many a cord of firewood and still going strong.
 
First one is a 5200, second one with bow is a 3700.
