I just returned from a trip to my camp in Maine where I talked to several people who had worked in the woods up there but still don't have a definitive answer. I guess it will have to remain one of those unsolved mysteries for the present time at least.

I owe Mr. M² a debt of thanks for inviting us to his now not-so-secret camp in our place of Paradise. Apologies to him for not being able to take him up on his hospitality---just too much work, too many concert preps, too many damn blowdowns to to handle.
