Can someone help me find out whats wrong with my tree?

Hello, first timer here so please point out if im doing anything wrong.

Anyways, I recently noticed that my tree has been yellowing gradually from the trunk. I dont exactly know how to describe it so ill put some pictures. Can someone tell me if this is seasonal (local temperatures range from 10 - 25 Celsius), a bug infestation, perhaps bacterial infection?
