Cut this standing dead yesterday and am giving it a try curious to see if anybody on here can identify it.

I burned a big split of mulberry that looked a lot like your pics tonight. Came home and my wife was about to toss it in the stove, I said wait a minute because it came from a score a year ago last summer and I wasn't sure it was quite seasoned. Been debating about trying some of it so i tossed it in anyways to see how it burned. Not too bad but quite a few pops and sparks.

How many times can someone create thread and post poor quality photos of a piece of wood found in a ditch on the side of the road?
My guess is Richard wood... LoL Just kidding buddy! Excellent thread and post.
