Similar leaves are common on immature Water Oaks. Often the leaves can resemble not only Willow Oak but that of a variety of Red Oaks including Southern Red Oak. See imbedded image.Sheshovel said:It is not a Water Oak,Water Oaks have a leaf that oblong or stipulate with three lobes at the apex.
