Carlton bar for Stihl 028

I've purchased a used Stihl 028 which is a "rip snorter" but the 18" .325/.063 Rollomatic bar has some pretty ugly rails and shows signs of high heat. I'm looking on eBay and see a nice Carlton replacement bar (model 18-42K374-PS) that is a solid steel bar made of high carbon with a sprocket tip. This bar comes with a chain and appears to be a higher quality bar than the laminated bar from Stihl for nearly the same price. My question is has anyone had any experiences with the Carlton bars they care to share?

Wish I could help. I have a Stihl bar on my 028, but much prefer the price on the Carlton.
