I was given a almost new chain from a friend that just cant be made to cut. I have sharpened it just like every chain I use and cant figure it out. Chain is on a 365 with 24in bar. It seems like it just wont take a bite out of the wood. I have cut the rakers down to almost nothing, full chisel, 55*x30*x10* on all the teeth, looks razor sharp, exactly like every chain I sharpen. I like to have to hold back on a saw while it pulls thru the wood, this one just wont pull and I have to bear down on it to get it to cut. Any ideals? I hate to throw away what looks like a perfectly good chain, but something just aint right with this one.
