Chainsaw carver available 1 December?

Our small town (Dike, Iowa) has a Christmas tree lighting "celebration" and most businesses in town try to do something special that evening to entertain the town folk. I have been approached about finding someone to perform ice or wood carving with a chainsaw. I have a good spot in the back side of my building and can provide a nice chunk of wood or ice (depending on the weather) but do not have any skills as a carver. This in an evening event on 1 December, I have good lighting under the overhang and a one bedroom apartment available in the building if you need to spend the night.

I have been accused of carving a spiral ham when bucking larger than bar length logs. I would volunteer to demonstrate and carve a pineapple slice or two for the ham as well but I am already booked.
