I've rigged an old aluminum frame pack from the thrift store to carry a saw, with a pouch attached to the bottom for extra fuel and oil, wedges, earmuffs, safety glasses, etc. Not nearly as much stuff as you've got, but enough for a few hours work.

I don't have far to go typically but I redeployed one of my son's old large school backpacks to consolidate items. Quart of bar oil, hand saws, files, carb adjustment tools, hand axe, wedges, small funnel, rags, etc. All the various zippered pockets and compartments work great. I've used it for about 8 years and it is still holding up. I have several others I kept too but haven't needed to use them yet.
