Just as title states, for those of you who climb, how did you learn to climb? Be it a coworker, professor, self taught, etc.

Self taught ... been climbing trees since I was 5, so I was already highly experienced before progressing to using ropes and climbing hardware at 55. Gravity never goes away and we spend our entire lives dealing with and battling it.

I learnt to climb on the moon. Limb walking is a lot easier up there.

Self taught here too. It's a steep learning curve.... but lots of books and vides help a LOT. I actually never watched anyone climb a tree when I started. Just videos. Not sayin it's the right way to do it, but I'm still kickin.
