Today is shop cleaning day so moving stuff that hasn’t been used.

Bought this saw with a lot of three..... just to get one saw that I wanted. So I checked it all over- fires it up. Idles and rev’s nicely. Have no use for it with all the orange 72’s I have laying around.

Saw had 135 psi compression. So I removed the jug and put a new caber ring in it. Compression is now at 145....... Base gasket still in place. My elevation is 3800’.

Jug is clean as a whistle..... piston looks good. Muffler in modified..... looking at it I would say that is a must do looking in the exhaust port I don’t know why I didn’t do a port cleanup when I had it apart..... I should have

Bads.....
-One top screw is a replacement..... same thread pitch etc.
-Some broken ribs on recoil cover.
-Throttle lock missing.

I have not put this saw in the wood.... if there were an issue I’d make it right. From everything I can see saw looks dirty and well used but mechanically solid.
