Hello Everyone,
First off this site is great and thanks for all the information. The wife and I finally deceided to get a wood insert and we are down to about two choices (I think). We like the Hearthstone Clydesdale and the Jotul 550 Rockland. We have plans to look at them tomorrow. Our home is about 2800 Sqft and the insert will be installed on the main floor. We have a cathedral ceiling in that room and it's open to the second floor for the heat to rise (we hope). Question is does anyone have any experience with either of the two inserts? Like and dislikes? Customer support?
