hey all, was just out practicing some cuts with my 288 and was wondering what everybodys method is for the changeover on multiple cuts?
so far i have found if i keep the throttle pegged i just cant do it, takes forever
but if i let off, and just about back to the wood peg the throttle again and that way i can go pretty darn fast. i dont know why but if i keep it pegged i just fumble around and my cookies look more like firewood than a cookie..

staying pegged my cookies end up around 4" or more
if i let off, i can keep them around 3/4"

those rotational forces really do play a huge part.. i was supprised at that just how much of a factor it is. or am i just that much of a weakling? :dizzy:

i could have done better if i had my velocity stack mounted up, but i left that at Deans shop. she just wont rev fast enough or high enough without it.
