Just recently read a topic at Online Seminars for Municipal Arborists about...

Urban Forest and Climate Change

It was interesting for a couple of reasons:

1. Climate change is a controversial subject.
2. Urban forests do produce benefits.

Anyhow, the title in the menu sort of "jumped out" when I read it.

For anyone not familiar with the system, you can get CEU's for the articles, but register and login first.

Site home page is: Online Seminars for Arborist Articles Index Page

The home page has most of the instruction that you need . On individual articles, some links are highlighted in color, but some are in black. And some extra instructions. Don't forget to login for a test, because you can only take it once.

That article will be available to read until the end of December. Let's hear opinions on this one. Do you feel that urban forest trees can change Earth's climate, or just urban climate?
