Got this saw from my shop teacher at school. I like these saws, dependable, stromg easy to work on. They put a rebuild kit in it, new plug, fuel lines and filter. They couldnt get it to start tho. The teacher who owned it said forget it and bought a new one. so I was asked if I wanted it. I said sure. Took it home and pulled it a few times. comp felt low. checked it. 90 psi, not good. Still i looked. I took off the side cover, and noticed one od the cylinder bolts was showing 4 threads! checked the other side same thing. tightened them up. three pulls later and im cuttin oak. runs great. this must be an older one cause its all magnesium. My other one was plastic on the bar side. I think its an '85. New oregon b&c was put on it too.

it runs it cuts oak its great saw keep nose greased and sharp chain who cares what brand

I had one just like it years ago, It was a good little saw. Light weight and cut pretty decent for it's size. I did a lot of limbing with it. Accidentally run over it with my truck and trashed it though. It will do you a good job.

I have one that someone can have for the cost of shipping. Nothing wrong with it except a missing fuel line and air filter cover. I just want it out of my way. I don't have enough room for all my saws and I'm trying to thin the herd a little.
