Take a washer slightly larger than the ID of the outer bearing race. Cut a bunch of slots all the way around the edge of the washer. Press the washer against a piece pipe to bend it a little. Then press the washer into the bearing race. Then the washer will press against the bearing in the grove. Then heat the case to 120C and then push the bearing out. I had to do this on a MS440.

Put it in a toaster oven (if one is available) and heat to 350~400F. The race should just drop out on its own in 15~20 minutes with no hammering or punching or risk of damage to the seat. You'd obviously want to de-grease the case to minimize fumes or possible flamage, but you heat all the mag uniformly instead of just locally and end up with a nice, clean bore for a new bearing. And if you have a new bearing ready you should be able to just drop it right in and be done with it.
