Well thanks for bringing this back up sg I can take the lashings I was just pissed off for a brief moment. I have a good climber working for me now and he is training me for now and teaching me all he knows and I am learning quite nicely for now and he is asking for $25 an hour. I have become pretty good at bidding jobs and getting them for my bid price. I appreciate the advise so far and I will not quit trying my own thing due to lack of experience.

I would suggest you go back to Davey and take advantage of the all the training and courses they have available, and build up a bit of a nest egg to buy some equipment with.
