If I know Joe, the original selling price was probably already low enough to cover a new muffler. Send me that muffler. I'll grind that offending steel out for you. Then you won't have to look at it. As was already mentioned, that slot was already in the muffler when it was new. Someone just opened it up, actually allowing it to run better.

Lesson to learn here....deal with the person in private. There was no need to take this public. Joe is well respected and isn't out to do anyone wrong.

Brad...I understand what you're sayin'...but I really don't think the OP knew what the extra hole was about.

I don't think it was a taking it public thing at all...he likely just didn't know..Anyways it was settled amicably.

I think you're probably right on both accounts, but it still got under my hair a little:(
