To protect my wood and keep some wind out, I got tired of putting up boards and plastic every year, so I built these drop down shutters with clear vinyl from Walmart. Just pull them up against the ceiling in the spring and drop them down before snow flies. Next year I'll put T-11 on the bottoms.
