Pushing the pump plunger button and no oil flings off the front. How do I restore fuctioning oiler? Tank has oil and it feels like it pumps,..???
Going to go do that and see.Not to sound condescending but are the bar holes clear. Take the bar off and try, see if oil comes out now.

Took off the bar and cleaned everything out. Where should the holes be?Going to go do that

I did see some right there but put it all together again. It had a ton of saw dust in there. I can hear the pump when I push the rod button though. Getting dark, so I'll see tomorrow. Maybe I can load the video somehow. The oil semed to be wetting right above the studs. Can you post a picture? If you pump the oiler it should come out near the bar studs.

Yep/Is the bar an original Mcculloch bar or aftermarket?

Checking that little oil port between the bar studes as previously mentioned is the first step. If there's oil pumping out there there then the next problem would be the port/groove on the bar. This guy talks about it about 4 minutes in:
Yep, thats my problem. I can cover that tomorrow real easy. Much thanks.Cool
