As stated looking for a new oem or used nice , or good aftermarket coil #2-204-222-108 , i believe stihl part # 1122-400-1300 , i understand these are hens teeth, hoping some has one , or someone has successfully cloned an aftermarket from across the pond , ae: covid country that works , thank you , and hello to everyone been a while since i have been here , how is everyone doing ?

I looked and looked for a 1300 or alternative limited coil, including a WTB add on here for a number of weeks. No success. T_Fishaa may still have some 1201 flywheels that will work with the more readily available unlimited coils. I bought one from him for a reasonable price. I have a NIB 1203 dual key flywheel, but I paid out the nose for it from the UK...

Does your case only have the mounts for the dogleg coil?
Hello Jacob , was hoping you would come along ....i have read some of your prior posts, on the saws and coils yes this one just has the two mounting holes , on the lower left of the recoil , coil #2-204-222-108 , saw serial # 119242195 , according to the local dealer coil # 1122-400-1300, however not positive on the last part believe the saw was manufactured in 1988.
1300 is an unlimited coil, just buy a 0000-400-1300
no offense to you sir, i hope you are right , but the dealer stated it will not work , i have tried the one on e-bay from PRO-LINE that states its a 1122-400-1300, but will not bolt up from sawzilla parts

Ok, do your coil mounts look like this in the case?

What are the part numbers on the flywheel and the coil you need? I am not asking about the part number in the IPL, I need the part number on the part.

If an early case you can make an adapter. Run universal coil

Our friend from down under did. Photos credited to him, @L34.

It is a coil mount hole. So you could buy a used 0000 400 1300 universal ignition and that would work fine for you. Just swap your ignition lead over.

I usually buy used MS-290 coils because they're cheap:
