Echo CS 670 Part Identification Help!

I rebuilt my Echo CS 670 awhile back and just started finishing putting it back together.There are two parts that I cant remember where they go I am hoping someone might be able to help me. I have the parts manual but I am not seeing where these parts go.

The piece with the bolt head is the bottom av mount on the clutch side against the tank handle. Part No. V401000040. The strap Im not finding on mine unless its the switch ground 15663532430.

The part that you are unsure of, the metal spring looking thing. It shows on the parts thing that it goes on the back side of the on/off toggle switch. What I dont get is where the other end connects to. Could you take a look at your saw and maybe take a picture of it? Or tell me what part it connects too?

Does anyone have the actual manual that shows how this goes back together beside the parts list diagram?

I am not quite sure where the switch ground is supposed to connect back too.
