From my years of running saws the Efco ones were good enough saws, owned two 950`s, one Super the other an AF, One 56 in JD green. The problem with them in general was lack of service and parts. No dealer lasted more than a couple of years and couldn`t get parts when they ordered them. The 950`s both lost spark after 2 -3 years, the 56 scored its piston the first year out, I bought it that way and with some help of AS members on the OlyMac thread got a NOS piston and rings for it. It now resides at my summer place on the lake, good saw but heavy for its power.
