Okay so i am ready to fire up my englander 28-3500 furnace for the first time and was during some checks and cleaning it up when I noticed that the welds at the bottom of the door was cracked. Is this a big issue. I have seen this issue on the forum before but mine only split at the weld not the metal. What do I do? and what did i do to cause this?

I love the stove and for me it doesn't seem like the actual metal has cracked and I have only owned it for three going on 4 years. So I am going to give them a call tomorrow and see what they say. I will post and let you guys know.

aaronmach1 do you have pics of what yours looks like?
