So, I just went to install a new Episan piston in an 064 and when I checked the squish (gasketless) with .060 solder, I was shocked to have the saw turn over a full 360 and no contact with the solder!!
I just measured the deck height difference between the Episan piston and a stock Stihl and it looks like around .061 difference!!
I've got two choices. Send the two pistons I just bought back to Greece, or figure a way to make them work. For round figures, I'm guessing that we're talking about .080 squish clearance, not to mention the timing change.
