As we all know the gas these days sucks. Some gas stations have higher ethanol/alcohol content than others at different octane ratings. My question is has anyone's saw actually blew up because of to high of ethanol content in the gas? I have heard a few stories but that was from inexperienced users who probably ran them wide open with no load or ran them to lean. Any other damage done besides eating of lines and other rubber parts?

I used to rpm the hell out of every saw i used and thought 4 stroking was bad! ugh!!

I've seen the ethanol destroy some carb insides and the carb itself on saws and on some honda motors used to pump fuel products.
