Had a couple of oaks around the workshop that needed trimming to stump level.

Luckily I have a relatives Satoh 670D (30hp) to drag them to my "log foot" (it's to small to call a yard).

got about 7 logs out of them for my Woodmizer.

Hopefully I will be able to introduce them to the Woodmizer next month and separate them for shelving.

The largest (in the foreground) made the little Satoh do a wheely most of the drag, even though it was fastened to the drawbar. Nothing like having to drive while standing up and leaning on the hood.

I need weight up front, maybe I should tie a chair to the front axle and ride there while my wife drives.

Nice tractor. I had a Satoh S-650G for years. Mostly I just ran a 6-foot finishing mower on it and cut the grass. Is your 4wd? Looks like it might have power steering on it too?

Good pile of logs you have going there. Get 'em sawed up!

Nice logs. My woodlot was gone through by loggers about 20 years ago, so I don't have very many that size or larger.
