I pulled the fuel line off and it was dry. Hooked a syringe to it and drew fuel easily through the filter and hose. Checked the fuel in the tank with a light and it's clear (oil tinted) and free of water drops or dirt. There was some water, oil, and sawdust on the fuel pump diaphragm, but that's on the atmosphere side. There are holes in the pump cover in those areas. Never seen them do that. Everything looks perfectly clean and the meter lever is set flat to the body. The one thing I did note, both sides were completely dry as was the fuel line. I also hooked a gauge to the impulse pipe, pulled the starter with the decomp in, and it's pulsing fine. This is a Walbro RWJ-4B and takes kit K11-RWJ but doesn't include the nozzle check 86-3475. I pumped the fuel inlet to 7 lbs and it held, didn't dip it in water or gas. I did the same to the impulse side, not that it would show much anyway. This was more of a consultation, seeing if there was something obvious and figuring out what kit to order. All the lines look excellent.

I'm not real thrilled with the rubber handlebar that holds the air filter elbow. I was reluctant to pull it out for fear of tearing it. If it was old, I probably wouldn't have. I'm guessing that will be a common replacement part as these saws age and need carb service. It's easy enough to get the carb out, but a little tough to put it back in unless you pull one side of the elbow. They left plenty of room underneath to use needle nose to pull the rubber back in place.
