First step twards a new venture

Signed up for a Arbormaster course today. Will be starting with L1 climbing and taking rigging at a later date. This is very exciting for me and love to learn new things.

Congratulations, best way to start out is doing right. They will teach you the correct way.

Yes, in Haddam but not taking felling. Time and money doesn't allow for both courses right now

Finished two day course today and finally hauled my ass up 50/60 ft. Thought I was going to die after that. Way harder than I thought. Didn't really get the hang of the foot lock but practice makes perfect. Got the basics down to get into trees safely and will work from there. Low and slow for awhile along with more reading/classes.
