first time climber need help

I`ve been climbing trees as much as the next guy but never with equipment and for a living.
I forsee a future for me in the business and I would like to give it a go.

as for the sours and ropes and winches and the 8 etc, I know I need lots of stuff.
did some search and will look some more and if anyone can point me to the right direction I will give him my gratitude.
