I just replaced fuel lines on a saw with 3/16 OD-3/32 ID. Then I found this site with all these different line sizes. How do I really know which size line to use. This site also list a 3/16 OD-1/8 ID line. The saw I installed the the 3/16 OD- 3/32 ID still runs the same. So how can I tell what came on my saws,305,330,3750? Will 1/32 ID make me notice any problems if I have put to small of ID line. Dont notice any fuel starving or anything. So what is the right size fuel line for 49cc-60cc saws? http://www.mowers4u.com/zama/fuelline.htm :dizzy:

It wont make any diference.... Compare the size of the tube to the size of the main jet... Look up the IPL and use the same size orginally fitted. Probably metric anyhow.

Yes, I usually go for the line that has the tightest fit without pinching or binding, both in id. and od. You want it to fit on the nipple snugly, while
not leaking at the tank hole.
After twenty years of marriage this is especially important.

But that is just me.........
