Brown truck dropped off my latest toy today, The 260. Ok, I had forgotten about the carbs on these things.
And there is no H screw. It cranked right up, idles well, and is running way rich (expected) as I am at 8000 ft.

Now, what would be the best solution to lean the thing and get a functional saw?

I can poke thru the Stihl system (I am a dealer) and see if I can locate a high altitude jet.
I could see if I could get a adjustable carb from Stihl.
I could switch it out for the Tillotson version.
I could get one of those $10 china carbs....

What do you think?

If I mod the muffler at some point, it will be pretty minor. I am only looking for a easy to use limbing saw with awsum reliability.
