Hi, after we finally decided to buy a brandnew 30 ton Log splitter from Harborfreight I had to find out, they are on backlog until end of april.

And then shipping it to Germany it will be June and the season is over.

Now my question: Has anyone of you experience with Harborfreight? Is it worth waiting? Are they reliable? (My mails were not answered and that made me wonder...)

Any idea what we should do? Buy any other product?

We figured out that they were quiete cheap but is the quality ok? It is for private use only.

Thanks and best regards from Germany
Vincent

I just purchased the 30 ton Robin engine splitter and have had it online for about 3 weeks now and I am happy with it. It is a little slow on the down but I can live with it. It was not easy assembling it either. It took almost 5 weeks to get it delivered in Florida. MH

I've bought lots of tools from them.

They're cheap .... but you get what you pay for.

I've learned to get the extended warranty.... and use it.
