Trees are real property that can last for several generations, they need expert care to reach their sustainable useful life.

It seems sorta clumsy, any suggestions? I have these three ideas that I want to get accross in a bullet:

• trees are real property
• They can last for generations
• they need expert care to reach SULE

I like that, speaks to the value as well as the other good things. What about adding in something that speaks to owner responsibility?
