Make sure Hi and LO needles are set properly.

Ya about a turn out from seat tried there kept working low out further it’s just weird it’s not picking up fuel in tank

Is the gasket between the carburetor and manifold properly positioned with the impulse port open?

The oil pump works off crankcase pressure also. Make sure its ok.

Silver flap is called a reed valve.
