Homelite XL2 Nikasil?

I got my hands on a Homelite XL2 Automatic. She needs a new piston and crankshaft seals. The jug doesn't look bad and would clean up with HCl/sandpaper but I can't tell if the cylinder is plated with Nikasil. Can anyone confirm it's plated?

Yes, it's plated

Wouldn't it be chrome instead of nikasil?

Yes, it's chrome plated. Did a dab test and the q-tip started to turn green after a bit.
