It looks like you have put a lot of thought and effort into this project and are well into it. My opinion, take it or leave it, is that this is a very dangerous, unforgiving set up. If it works, you have gained little. The video shows three men doing the work of one. If it fails, mechanically or by operator error, it may cost you, or someone else, dearly. You only have one body on this journey, treat it well...

Thank you north1 for you video.
Our toys are similar.
Your better points are that you have mounted your chainsaw on the other side, so you are never in front of the blade and you have a blade protection.
I have few questions :
What is the chainsaw you took for your project ? Is it strong enough ?
How do you manage the throttle ?

hai my creations is the same idea

throttle is connected to Handle carefully look at the left hand
a chain saw is an old sach DOLMAR 115 I think it has 2.5hp
wood is dry acacia

I test it and find some improvements to make.

The 041 is plenty of torque and it cuts very fine.
