How do I start this thing ?

Yeah it it missing a couple things...........Maybe thats the problem

What a muddled up saw an old 2-10 ? maybe with a later model clutch side cover and no starter, maybe it would be better off trying to drop or kick start it.
Looking again it possibly started life as an Electric start 3-10e then had the clutch cover changed as thats where the manual starter should be on the right hand side.
