I also think when your using the words expansion chamber and worksaw in the same line your off base from the start. Pipes are a race saw item. Also .020 squish is fine for a smaller saw. I myself would never set mine that low on a big saw. Your saw is not the same as a dirt bike or a smallblock chevy. If you want to use it for milling you have to build it for the most torque as possible and let the horsepower fall where it may. I would set the squish at .025 to .030, then widen the ports as much as possible, widen the upper transfers towards the the intake .060 to .080, open up the muffler. A saw without grunt will not hold up milling. Rick!
