HT75 Oiler Troubleshooting

My HT75 only dribbles oil out, with bar off the saw. The bar and chain stay pretty dry when they are on the saw. I pulled it apart and found a little bit of crud in the passage from the oil tank to the gear box, but not enough to block it off completely. I am trying to get into the oiler but cannot tell how it comes apart. I have it all the way down the the little oiler pinion gear.

Tips on what to check for, and how that oiler comes apart will be appreciated.
