This weekend does she cut?

I’m thinking any used saw is $400 with ship. Plus gaskets, seals, piston kit, maybe up to $600. If this saw runs maybe a kit. Maybe. A new husky 365 special is $1,100?

is it a real one or a clone? My first saw I bought (from fleabay) was a chusqvarna and it had every problem you could think of. it was sold as being primarily a husky with a few aftermarket parts. in reality it was a clone with a few OEM parts. it had an OEM carb, clutch, oiler and bar. the rest was pure CCP. so I had problems with the flywheel (out of balance and the magnet was worthless), leaking seals, and after I broke it down it had way too much slop between the bore and the piston in my opinion. I finally gave it to a friend who needed a saw. after I changed the flywheel the seals and the rings.. it is what it is a cheap copy.

Surely you are pulling our leg sir, you bought the real thing and are just messing with our minds. Congrats on the new toy anyway.

I tend to lay a nail or two under the feet of the Farmertec fanboys that have the whole catalog of saws and just had time to put a tank of fuel in either one.
But look it this way; it is what it is a cheap copy. But when you have fixed the few problems that appears the first season, you have a cheap copy that basically looks the same, that basically feels the same, that is basically buildt the same, and with basically the same power, and that basically runs the same.
It does come at a cost; a little frustration perhaps, but a few OEM parts later those problems does not re-appear.

This is exactly the husqvarna 365 special clone they sent me for $308. I took the plastics off it said made in China. Even the bar is a husky bar wtf.
I feel like buying another one? Maybe two more for the boys. But need to test this one running first.

It’s chinese. If it needs a few repairs I’m ok. It’s 70.7 cc saw for $308. It lists for $1,100 from husqvarna if we search it.

I only have my 038/381, but I have allways come to the conclusion that the 365/372 would be the perfect project.
Because you have all the parts availability in the world, both OEM and replacable, and you will be able to hold that saw running no matter what.

The parts supply that’s offered that’s why I chose the 365. I didn’t know it’s a special till it arrived.

I dont know the difference, but my understanding is that the 365 and the 372 is basically the same saw.

I see messed up specs, some say the 365 is 65cc others say it’s 70.7 cc. I heard you can put the 372 jug piston on the 365.
My Husqvarna orginal 365 cuts good.

I was merely giving you the opportunity to advance more than get the bug of buying.
I'm still happy with my 038/381, though - if it was now I would prefer to start out with a 365.

Every 365 special I had was 65cc 48mm bore. They are the OE.

Only the later NE strato x-torq 365xt was same cc as 372xt

Specs for one you show in first post. Dont mean thats what they put on theirs though. = Product Description

Not messed up at all, both are correct. The difference Is the era the saw was manufactured. The older 365’s were indeed 65cc’s, the newer x- dork models are 70.7 cc’s.

I ran the 2100(99 cc) first then I got the 266se (4.1 cu) which is an awesome saw. The 365 should hang in there with it. I’d like to get the 372 Xperia’s and 288 Xperia’s down the road unless they offer something bigger

So whats wrong using the 365 to its pace and than upgrade it to a nikasil 76cc popup jug?
If it's possible that is...

I recently purchased one used orginal one from a local pawn shop. He had a 371 Xp I got too.
